With this document we intend to provide the information pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679, for the Protection of Personal Data ("General Data Protection Regulation", hereinafter "GDPR") to users who wish to submit their requests for information through the appropriate "Contacts" form on the website

The Data Controller guarantees the security, confidentiality and protection of the personal data in its possession, at any stage of the treatment process. The collected personal data are used in compliance with principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency and relevance and in compliance with the GDPR.

Purpose of the processing

The personal data of the interested parties, voluntarily provided, will be handled to process the requested information.

When filling in the "contact" form, the following data will be requested: name and surname (required field); e-mail address (required field).

These data will not be used for purposes other than those described in this statement, except by informing the interested party in advance and, where necessary, obtaining your consent.

Legal basis of the processing

The legal basis of data processing for the aforementioned purpose, is to execute a contract of which the interested party is a party of the pre-contractual measures adopted on request of itself (in this case, the forwarded inquiry for information). The provision of data has an optional but necessary nature; therefore, any refusal to provide such data makes it impossible to respond to the requests which have been made.

Processing methods

The processing of personal data is carried out with both tools / paper supports and electronic / computer / telematic by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 n.2) GDPR and precisely: collection, registration, organization, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, block, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.

Data recipients

The personal data of the interested party will not be disclosed and will not be disclosed to indeterminate subjects, in any possible form, including making them available or for simple reference.

These data may be processed by subjects placed under the authority of the Data Controller and / or expressly authorized collaborators and who have received adequate operating instructions.

Without prejudice to communications made in fulfilment of legal and contractual obligations, the data may be communicated to subjects entitled to access it by virtue of legal provisions, regulations, community legislation as well as, where necessary for the pursuit of the above specific purposes and within the strictly necessary limits, to subjects who have to provide performances or services to Owner, such as, by way of example, the IT technicians and the IT staff who oversees the operation of our IT system, always in compliance with the GDPR and for prosecution of the indicated purposes.

Data transfer

The Data Controller does not transfer the subject's personal data to third countries or to international organizations. However, it reserves the right to use cloud services; in that case, the service providers will be selected among those who provide adequate guarantees, as well as required by art. 46 GDPR 679/16.

Data retention

The collected data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to process the requests of the interested party and in any case in compliance with the terms of the law.

After this period, the data will be deleted and / or made anonymous so as not to allow, also indirectly or by connecting other databases, to identify the data subjects, without prejudice to the need to keep the data to meet the obligations established by the applicable legislation in force, even after the termination of the processing operations.

Rights of the interested party

At any time, the interested party may exercise against CORBETTA ERMANNO E C.

You also have the right to freely and at any time withdraw consent, in case given. The treatments carried out in accordance with the given consent and the related legal effects, however, will remain valid even after the possible revocation of consent.

In any case, the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority is recognized, which in Italy is identified with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, if the interested party believes that the processing of personal data is contrary to the applicable law.
